Hi, I am taking the GRE for the first time on the 19th, does anyone have any advice on preparing for this exam or any helpful tips? I am working through the practice exams in “Practicing to Take the GRE General Test”, the workbook put out by the ETS, as well as “1014 GRE Practice Questions” by Princeton Review. I would like to know how to improve my writing and verbal skills specifically. Math tips are useful as well.
Any tips or suggestions from anyone who has taken the exam would be wonderful…how to study (best study books etc.), how the exam is set up (hard or easy)- what you found to be helpful. Really appreciate any help you can give me! Thanks
I am not so versed in mathematics and am wondering if anyone has any tips on how to cement algebra, trig, and basic pre-calc into my head before I undertake the exams. Any advice would help me out, especially if you’re a math wiz yourself. Thanks!
