I have 67% and 72% in my Bsc graduation as aggregate and final year respectively.I have completed 15 years of education in India.The university does not mention 16 year degree requirement.But how would i know whether i am eligible with these marks i have.I havent given GRE and TOEFL as yet , coz i am not sure after putting in so much effort & money for exams and application to universities, will i be eligible or not (particluarly on my marks & 15 year edu.).How should i go about this.The university does not furnish all details and when i send them mails or call them,thy say u apply first then we shall scrutinize.Please can anyone guide me properly on this as to how would i get started.I have already shortisted 3-4 universities and the program i am looking for.I have also made arrangements for finance on tution and living.The reason i am very careful about these universities is bcoz i know i have to get into anyone of these.But i am pretty confused about other things as mentioned above.Please guide me.

According to what I read, GRE Quantitative Reasoning section is equivalent to ninth grade math.

Does this mean A Level Math is higher than the GRE math exam, and if so, why is that?
