I grew up in a country where we didn’t have to take math after 9th grade and the math taught was very simple stuff. I am now interested in going to graduate school in the U.S. but have to take the GRE, which tests high school math — concepts that I have never seen before. How long will it take to learn all of this math (9-12th grade math) and any suggestions? Thanks.
The only math we learned in school was addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division…and with the help of a calculator. Everything else is foreign to me.

I really don’t want to take the GRE and there are tons of schools that don’t require them. I’m also trying to decide what school I should go to. Anyone know of a good school?

I m an computer engineering student and I m looking forward to do masters[m.tech] in US.I have already applied for immigrant visa and is expecting a call in around November..Do i need to give any exams like GRE or TOEFL?currently i m in my third year and so when do u think should i give my GRE if in a case i have to…and how much time does one need for its preparation.?which are the Financial aids provided that i should be looking out for?
